Your content policy.
Enforced in 100 ms.
Write the rules once, in plain terms. Vindex checks every prompt against them before anything renders, then runs your consequences: allow, hold for review, block, fire a webhook. Adult content on your terms. Never a minor.

Policy in. Decision out. Then your rules run.
You write the policy once, in plain terms. Every prompt gets one of three answers, and each answer triggers exactly what you told it to.
1 · Set your policy
Adult content: allowed up to explicit. Minors: hard block. Real people: review. Copyrighted characters: tag and allow. Start from a preset, move the lines.
2 · Get a decision
One call, before anything renders. Yes, review or no, with the probability behind every check, in about a hundred milliseconds. Works in any language your users type.
3 · Your rules run
Block and refund. Hold for review and ping your Slack. Tag the account after three strikes. Fire a webhook to anything. You wire the consequences, Vindex fires them.
A policy your lawyers and your users both agree with.
Most filters give you one dial: strict or off. Vindex gives you a line per risk. Adult content is a scale you set a level on. Minors are never a level, always a block. Everything else is your call, written down where your whole team can read it.
- ✓ Presets for adult platforms, chat assistants, marketplaces and family apps
- ✓ Every decision explains which checks fired and why
- ✓ Dry-run any policy change on live traffic before you enforce it
One line never moves.
Everything else in Vindex is your policy. This isn't. Anything sexual involving a minor is blocked at the prompt, before an image exists, on every plan, in every language, and a stated adult age can never turn a block into an allow.
Screening the prompt is the point: nothing is generated, nothing is stored, nothing has to be found later.
Not a level on the adult scale. Its own check, its own questions, evaluated on every prompt regardless of what the rest of your policy allows.
What happened when Supermachine tried it.
We ran a ten-week sample of one of our own platforms' moderation queue through Vindex. Their existing checks were doing their job; this is what changed.
From a ten-week sample of one platform's moderation queue, September 2026. Method in the docs.
The decision is the easy part.
What happens next is the product.
A score in a JSON response never stopped anything. Vindex ships the plumbing that turns a decision into an outcome, so your team doesn't build it for the fourth time.
Webhooks
Signed, retried, per outcome. Slack, your admin, your ban system.
Review queue
The hmm pile, with the reasons attached. Verdicts feed back into your thresholds.

Which checks fired, at what probability, against which line. Show it to the user or the regulator.
